People who keep pushing themselves to keep working will easily experience burnout. Usually, this condition is also triggered by a lack of rewards for their work. Unbalanced rewards, rest time, workload, and monotonous work rhythm will trigger chronic fatigue.
Burnout can make a person lose enthusiasm and motivation at work. They can also withdraw from the work environment because they need to interact more actively.

There are five characteristics of burn out, which are:
1. Hate His Job
Stress, boredom, and frustration experienced by workers can make them hate their jobs. So that this condition will make it difficult for them to concentrate, lose enthusiasm for work, feel inferior about their abilities, and lead to decreased daily performance at work.
2. Have Acute Fatigue
Burnout can also cause a person to experience acute fatigue. In contrast to ordinary stress or fatigue, burnout sufferers will still feel exhausted even after resting.

3. Get Angry Easily
Not only attacking physically but burnout also makes the sufferer psychologically decrease. So, the fatigue they experience will not infrequently make the sufferer more emotional.
They will get angry more easily, especially when the reality they face is not following imagined expectations. In addition, they will also be more sensitive because decreased performance will make their work pile up more.
4. Lazy to Interact
Unstable psychological conditions make burnout sufferers lazy to interact with their environment. For some people, the feeling of tiredness and boredom they experience will make them hate their work environment. Cynical and ignorant often approach burnout sufferers who experience acute fatigue.
Jealousy can also trigger them to feel lazy to interact. This is due to differences in workload with colleagues, which may be less with greater rewards. So that makes them lazy or even stop socializing with colleagues, friends, or anyone involved in the job.
5. Get Sick Easily
Stress can make the sufferer's immune system decrease. So they will easily get sick, have a bad sleep schedule, and decreased appetite. This condition also makes them susceptible to fever, flu, runny nose, headaches, and stomach aches.
